MODERN COMPENSATION AND FINANCIAL SYSTEMS
During your training you will move from straight salary to a uniquely structured base salary plus performance bonus system. Compensation is based not purely on production, but on your educational progress and also preset objectives such as customer service skills and client retention. In keeping with our philosophy of teamwork, employees also participate in a team-based profit sharing plan. This consists of profit-based incentive bonuses that are achieved through team accomplishments.

SIMPLE IRA
We currently provide a Simple IRA retirement plan in which members may elect to defer 3% of their salary which the salon then matches.

MEDICAL BENEFITS
Following your first three months you will be eligible to enroll in our medical, dental, and vision plans 50% of members premiums are covered by the salon.

PAID VACATION
All employees of JAMES CRAIG will accrue paid vacation time, starting on their first day of employment. Vacation benefits accrue at a rate of one week in the first year and second year, 2 weeks beginning in the 3rd year. Part-time employees earn vacation on a prorated basis appropriate for the hours worked.
